PDL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Primepoint Holdings Pte Ltd (PHL), PHL is involved in Tender Assist Drilling and other Drilling & Offshore Services. PHL haves three independent operating business units; * PRIMEPOINT DRILLING PTE LTD (PDL) :TENDER ASSIST DRILLING * PRIMEPOINT SERVICES PTE LTD (PSL):DRILLING & OFFSHORE SERVICES * PRIMEPOINT PTE LTD (PPL) :ENGINEERING & PROJECTS We believe that the Tender Assist Rig market has a great potential to grow in the near future, by taking market share from the JU market and the intermediate mobile markets. PDL and PPL, our engineering and projects business unit, has developed its own Tender Assist Rig design, one for Tender Barges and 2 for Tender Semis.
