A Texas Corporation formed in 1992 by George Dawley and Lawrence Woods, joined by Clifton Cook in 1997. The company has been in the same location since conception. The facility includes a pipe yard, warehouse and corporate offices. Our primary business is the sale of new and used drill pipe and related down hole tubulars and accessories. We carry tubular inventories in Houston, Texas and Lafayette, Louisiana a large percentage of the sales are made to overseas accounts
