Calfrac Well Services is a relatively new company founded in May of 1999, and grown to over 200 employees by January 2003. Calfrac presently operates 8 fleets of Fracturing Equipment and 6 fleets of Coil Tubing from their 3 Alberta locations in Red Deer, Medicine Hat and Grande Prairie, and their one U.S. location in Platteville, CO. Calfrac specializes in Fracturing, Coil Tubing, Acidizing, Nitrogen and CO2 treatments utilized in the drilling, completions, stimulation and reworking of oil and gas wells.
