Ocean Rig UDW Inc. is an international offshore drilling contractor operating solely in the ultra-deep water and harsh-environment segments of the offshore drilling industry. The company owns and operates a total of 9 ultra-deep water offshore drilling units including two 5th generation ultra-deep water semi-submersible drilling rigs, four 6th generation ultra-deep water drill-ships, and three 7th generation ultra-deep water drill-ships which will be delivered to the company and made operational during 2013.
